VibeMind is a monthly software subscription for a tool that helps you build software with AI: a Windows desktop application plus continuously updated settings and guidance we call "the brain," which you use with your own Anthropic Claude account. A free starter version lives on our public code page (GitHub, the site where code is shared openly).
The paid membership is a monthly subscription that renews on its own, handled by a third-party merchant of record (the company that legally sells to you and handles your card), identified at checkout and on every receipt. The founding membership is $10 per month, and that price is guaranteed for as long as your subscription stays active. We never see or store your card details; the merchant of record handles payment entirely. Payment disputes, card security, and chargebacks are handled by them as the legal seller; questions about the product itself come to us.
You can cancel whenever you like. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges happen. When the membership ends, the app switches to a limited mode: you can still open your projects, read and export your own memory layer, and enter a key, but the brain and the building features rest until a membership is active again. Everything you built and every note in your own memory layer remains yours, always.
Every new subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if VibeMind is not working out in your first month, write us at [email protected] or leave a note on our public code page and we will refund the charge. After that, cancelling is the normal path, and it stops all future charges.
VibeMind runs on top of Anthropic's Claude Code (Anthropic's program that does the actual building) using your own Anthropic account and their pricing. Anthropic's terms cover that relationship separately, and you pay Anthropic directly for it. VibeMind never holds, passes along, or resells your Anthropic sign-in or usage.
The desktop application and the base brain content are licensed, not sold, under the license agreement you see during installation. In plain terms: the license covers personal use on your own machines, handing the app or the base brain on to other people is not part of it, and your projects and your own memory layer (the notes the brain keeps for you) belong entirely to you. This page is the master copy of these terms; the license shown during install mirrors them, and if the wording ever drifts between the two, this page wins.
VibeMind is early software, provided as-is, without warranty. We publish our measurements with their caveats on the receipts page and keep a public changelog of how the brain evolves.
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. If we ever end up in a genuine dispute, that is the law that applies.
We can update these terms. When we change something that matters, we say so on the changelog and the last-updated date above changes. Continuing to use VibeMind after that means the new version applies.
