No cookies, no outside trackers, no fingerprinting (no hidden tricks to recognize your device). We log page visits on our own server (which page you opened, which site sent you, any campaign tag, and the time) with no IP addresses (the numbers that identify your connection) stored, and those logs delete themselves after 90 days. Your browser keeps a small first-visit note in its own storage so that if you join the list we know which page brought you; it never leaves your browser except with that signup.
We store your email address, when you joined, and the source note above. We use it to send you what you signed up for and nothing else. We do not sell, share, or enrich it. Email [email protected] and we will delete it.
We store the message you wrote, the page you sent it from, and an email if you chose to include one.
Payments are handled entirely by our merchant of record (the company that legally sells to you and handles your card; it is named at checkout and on every receipt); we never see or store card numbers. We keep what the merchant of record gives us to run your membership: your email, whether your subscription is active, and your license key (the code that unlocks brain updates). When your app checks for brain updates, our server logs a short piece of that key, the address it asked for, and the time (never file contents, never your code), and those logs also delete themselves after 90 days.
Your projects, your code, your conversations, and your own memory layer (the notes the brain keeps for you) live on your machine. VibeMind does not upload them. The app talks to Anthropic using your own account under Anthropic's terms, and to our server only for two small checks: the brain-update check described above, and a membership check that confirms your subscription is active. Both send only your license key, nothing else - no machine fingerprint, no usage data, never your files, never your code, never your conversations.
A short list of who ever sees it: our merchant of record (payments and billing, the only party that ever sees your card; named at checkout and on your receipt), Cloudflare (hosts this site, and stores the waitlist emails and license keys), GitHub (our public repository, and issues if you use them for support). Anthropic is not our processor: your Claude account is your own direct relationship with them, and we never see it. The app itself runs on your machine; we run no telemetry servers.
Email [email protected] and we will show you or delete what we hold, which is little: a waitlist email and a license key.
