Privacy

What we collect, which is deliberately very little. Last updated July 10, 2026.

On this website

No cookies, no third-party trackers, no fingerprinting. We log page visits server-side (path, referrer hostname, campaign tags, timestamp) with no IP addresses stored, and those logs delete themselves after 90 days. Your browser keeps a small first-visit note in its own local storage so that if you join the waitlist we know which page brought you; it never leaves your browser except with that signup.

If you join the list

We store your email address, when you joined, and the source note above. We use it to send you what you signed up for and nothing else. We do not sell, share, or enrich it. Ask through the feedback form and we will delete it.

If you send feedback

We store the message you wrote, the page you sent it from, and an email if you chose to include one.

If you subscribe

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We keep what Stripe gives us to run your membership: your email, subscription status, and your license key. When your app fetches brain updates, our server logs a truncated key prefix, the route, and a timestamp (never file contents, never your code), and those logs also expire after 90 days.

In the app

Your projects, your code, your conversations, and your own memory layer live on your machine. VibeMind does not upload them. The app talks to Anthropic using your own account under Anthropic's terms, and to our server only for the brain-update check described above.

Founder-drafted and plainly worded on purpose; a formal version arrives with public release. If anything here ever changes, the change lands on this page and in the changelog.
